Bridging the Gap Between Innovation and Regulation

Why This Committee Was Formed

Technology is advancing at an exponential pace, often faster than laws can adapt. New grey zones are emerging where innovation operates beyond oversight. Each delay in regulation widens these gaps, allowing technologies to influence economies, societies, and ethics faster than governance can respond.

We recognised this growing imbalance and established the Regulatory Intelligence Committee, a global institution dedicated to ensuring that regulatory systems evolve in step with technological progress.

The core of the committee lies in the global public-private collaboration, which is institutionalised through formal committee governance, allowing regulators, corporations, sovereign funds, and academic institutions to shape standards collectively rather than in isolation.

Global Collaboration
at the Core

“Outdated regulatory systems are ill-equipped to match the pace of technological disruption. This committee is designed to create forward-thinking frameworks that maintain public trust in new technologies while driving global compliance.”
